How do we switch the language on the AI Sales Rep?

Language switching done automatically except for content creation.

The chat widget will automatically detect the language the website visitor is using on their browser and switch accordingly. This way it doesn't look at location (someone may be traveling) or require manual toggling- and can automatically adjust the experience to fit the needs of your prospects.

Website visitors can also manually click on the widget to adjust to another language if they so choose (but this should not be necessary).

For content creation, your account will by default product all content in the language of the account. Which mean's, even if you input raw data or voice notes in other information, the finished content will be in the account language.

To adjust the account language for content creation, navigate to Config -> Account -> Localization then choose the language of your choice and click save.
