Step 1: Access your Instant Uploader account.
Select the Correct Account: If using an agency account, switch to the customer or business account you're adjusting for.
Step 2: Navigate to Config in the left-hand menu
Step 3: Open Config menu and proceed to "Fields".
Step 4: Scroll down to the Field you'd like to change and adjust the features
For example, change "General Sentiment" to "Overall Experience" by highlighting and editing the text.
Adjust options within categories to be more specific or aligned with your business's tone, such as changing options to "Blown away by the power of the technology".
Step 5: Save Your Customizations
After making the desired changes, remember to click "Save". This ensures that your modifications are applied and available for future testimonials.
