When the bot shows lines of code instead of an emoji/image that is usually due to the site theme.
There are some themes (or versions of them) that "read" and "write" all text that comes in and out of the website. When it doesn't have a direct equivalent of the emoji used, it results in a line of code showing.
The two ways to resolve this are:
A. Instruct the bot in the bot briefing note inside of InstantUploader to not use any emojis in chat conversations.
B. Update the theme or change the settings to allow text to come through as it's communicated by the bot. (This is not possible on many themes)
